2nd Khartia Corps is a combined arms unit of the Ukrainian National Guard.
The Corps was formed on April 15, 2025, during the reform of the Defense Forces of Ukraine into a corps system. It was created on the basis of the 13th Operational Brigade Khartia and led by its commander, Colonel Ihor Obolenskyi.
Alongside the 13th Brigade, the structure of the Corps include the Spartan Brigade, the Rubizh Brigade, the 17th Brigade, and the Slovyansk Brigade .

Known by the callsign “Cornet,” he graduated from the Bohdan Khmelnytskyi Military Institute of Missile and Artillery Forces. He began service in 2014 in an Artillery Brigade, later joining the Omega Special Unit. In 2015, he commanded the 1st Battalion of the Rubizh Brigade, fighting near Kramatorsk and Sloviansk.
