About Unit

Raid Brigade is a unit of the Ukrainian National Guard.

The unit was formed in March 1993 as the 12th Battalion of the Ukrainian National Guard. In 2023, the battalion was expanded and reformed as the 32nd Regiment. In late 2023, the unit was once again expanded and became the 17th Brigade.
