Khartia receives M2 Bradley vehicles

The 13th Brigade of Operational Assignment of the Ukrainian National Guard, widely known as the Khartia Brigade, has received U.S.-supplied M2 infantry fighting vehicles, making it the first National Guard formation to operate them. Until now, the M2 was used exclusively by the Ukrainian Ground Forces, including the 25th Airmobile Brigade, the 33rd Assault Regiment, the 47th Mechanized Brigade, the 82nd and 95th Air Assault Brigades, the 100th and 153rd Mechanized Brigades, the 225th and 425th Assault Regiments, and the 199th Training Center of the Air Assault Forces. A full overview of all operators is available on the dedicated page in our Equipment database.

According to available footage, the vehicles were handed over to a unit of the brigade’s 1st Operational Assignment Battalion.
