18th Slovyansk Brigade is a military unit of Ukrainian National Guard, formed in 1992 as 13th Regiment. In 1995, the unit was renamed to 15th Regiment.

On December 25, 2023, the regiment was expanded to a brigade and renamed to 18th Brigade.
