Anti-Aircraft Regiment joins the 12th Army Corps

The newly formed 1027th Anti-Aircraft Missile and Artillery Regiment, established in May 2025 on the basis of the anti-aircraft unit of the 101st Brigade for the Protection of the General Staff, has officially joined the Kyiv-based 12th Army Corps. The development was confirmed through the 12th Army Corps’ official social media channels. The regiment is equipped with Gepard anti-aircraft systems.

12th Army Corps

The 12th Army Corps of the Ukrainian Ground Forces was established in late 2024, with MilitaryLand being the first to report on its formation on January 7, 2025. We also led in revealing the corps’ composition, which includes the Presidential Brigade, as well as several Territorial Defense and National Guard units.
