74th Territorial Defense Battalion is regarded as one of the most capable combat units of the Ukrainian Territorial Defense Forces.

Insignia

The insignia displays a chevron with a subdued green border and black canvas. At its center, it depicts a stylized wolf face with an angry expression in grey and white highlights to contrast one another, to convey couage and ferocity. Above it, are the battalions inscriptions in short.
