249th Separate Territorial Defense Battalion was a military unit of the Territorial Defense Forces, formed and based under the command of 127th Territorial Defense Brigade.
In the summer of 2025, when the brigade was reorganized into the 127th Heavy Mechanized Brigade, the battalion was disbanded and its soldiers were relocated in other units of the brigade.
