243rd Territorial Defense Battalion was a unit of the Ukrainian Territorial Defense Forces.
The battalion was originally formed separately and assigned under the 241st Territorial Defense Brigade.
In 2025, the battalion was reassigned to the 108th Territorial Defense Brigade and became defunct, being reformed into its 7th Linear Battalion.
