1st Special Purpose Brigade (unit A4044) is a military unit of Ukrainian Ground Forces formed in 2022 after the Russian invasion.

In 2024, the brigade was transferred under the command of Territorial Defense Forces and reformed as a territorial defense brigade of the same name.
