Intelligence Center North is a specialized unit of the Ground Forces of Ukraine. The unit was formed in 1991 as 68th Special-Purpose Radio Technical Regiment, and in 2025 the formation was reorganized into Regional Electronic Intelligence Center North. The center is fully staffed by military personnel on a contract basis, and the wast majority of personnel have higher education and are fluent in foreign languages.
