Bohun Brigade became a territorial unit
On May 4, 2024, our site reported that the 1st Special Purpose Brigade had been transferred from the Ground Forces of Ukraine to the Territorial Defense Forces. The reason for this move was not publicly disclosed, and the unit has not commented on the change.
Recently, the Ukrainian recruiting server LobbyX disclosed that the brigade had been restructured from the 1st Special Purpose Brigade to the 1st Territorial Defense Brigade. Additionally, all its subordinated battalions have been converted to territorial defense units.
The 1st Territorial Defense Brigade named after Ivan Bohun was established in February 2022, shortly after the Russian full-scale invasion. Soldiers from this brigade took part in battles in Kyiv, Chernihiv, and Kherson oblasts, and also fought near Bakhmut. At its peak, the unit had its own tank and artillery elements. It is likely that all the heavy equipment has since been transferred to other units.

There is apparently an Ukrainian “first artillery division“. Is it related to the formation of an artillery brigade within the national guard ?
This is National Guard’s Azov. Artillery Group of a brigade has usually two artillery divisions and one rocket artillery division (battalions in fact).
