Med Team Alpha is a linear unit of 1st Squadron of the International Legion of HUR MO.
It was initially formed at some point between 2023 and 2024 as the Medical and Fire Support Team “Alpha”, with the unit making its first public appearance in October 2024, beginning recruitment. It advertised itself as performing direct action missions, operating at casualty collection points, casualty evacuation, and medical evacuation.
In July 2025, it became known that the unit was a squadron-level asset, subordinated to the 1st Squadron of International Legion. It routinely operated alongside units including Vanguard Team, Ronin Team, Barb Team, Omega Team, and Recruit Company.
It consists of many nationalities, including British, Ukrainian, and American volunteers.
Insignia
The insignia depicts a roundel with a subdued light green border, bearing the inscriptions of the unit’s name and its motto. The central imagery of the roundel depicts a medical cross and a stylized skull in the light green tone, directly inspired by the popular Video Game: Hell Divers.
