About Unit
39th Battalion of Unmanned Systems is a unit of the Ukrainian Ground Forces.
It was formed in April 19, 2022, as the 39th Rifle Battalion of the 56th Motorized Brigade.
In 2025 the battalion was reformed into a unmanned systems battalion and placed under the command of the 19th Army Corps.
