103rd Territorial Defense Battalion was a unit of the Ukrainian Territorial Defense Forces.
It was formed and assigned to the 108th Territorial Defense Brigade.
In 2025, the battalion became defunct and was reformed as the 5th Linear Battalion of the 108th Territorial Defense Brigade.
