220th Battalion was a unit of the Ukrainian Naval Forces. The unit was formed in 2022 as 220th Territorial Defense Battalion under the command of 126th Territorial Defense Brigade. The battalion was reassigned to Marine Corps together with 126th Brigade in 2024.
In March 2025, 1st Coastal Defense Battalion of 39th Coastal Defense Brigade was formed on its basis and the unit ceased to exist as a separate entity.
