128th Territorial Defense Battalion was a unit of the Ukrainian Territorial Defense Forces.
It was formed and assigned to the 112th Territorial Defense Brigade.
In 2025, the battalion was disbanded, and its personnel were reassigned to other units, including the 80th Air Assault Brigade, the 414th Unmanned Strike Aviation Brigade, and the 429th Unmanned Systems Brigade.
