31st Dnipro Brigade is a military unit of Ukrainian National Guard, formed in 1992 as 16th Regiment.

In 2014, the regiment became part of the newly formed Ukrainian National Guard and was renamed to 16th Public Protection Regiment.

In November 2022, the regiment was reformed into 31st Dnipro Brigade.
