41st Motorized Battalion was a separate unit of the Ground Forces of Ukraine. The battalion was formed in May 2014 as 31st Battalion of Territorial Defense from the residents of Chernihiv Oblast. In November 2014, the unit was reformatted into a motorized battalion under the command of 27th Rocket Artillery Brigade.
In 2016, guards battalion of 27th Rocket Artillery Brigade was formed on its basis and the unit ceased to exist as a separate entity.
