23rd Motorized Battalion was a battalion of the Ground Forces of Ukraine under the command of 56th Motorized Brigade. The unit was created in 2014 as 23rd Battalion of Territorial Defense Khortytsia, and in May 2015 reformed as the 23rd Motorized Battalion and assigned under the command of 56th Motorized Brigade.
In 2025, the battalion became the 2nd Motorized Battalion of the 56th Motorized Brigade.
