21st Unmanned Systems Regiment

21st Regiment of Unmanned Systems is a unit of the Ukrainian Ground Forces.

The unit was formed on the basis of the 21st Special Purpose Battalion, which was formed in 2022 and under the command of the Presidential Brigade. In March 2025, the battalion, alongside the Paskuda Drone unit as part of the 3rd Assault Brigade, and contingents of fighters from the Kraken Special Unit, banded to form the 21st Regiment of Unmanned Systems.

The first battalion was formed on the basis of the previous 21st Special Purpose Battalion, the second battalion was formed by the Paskuda unit, and the third battalion was formed by the collective fighters of Kraken that had left the Main Directorate of Intelligence to become part of the 3rd Army Corps. The command body of the regiment was also formed on the basis of the former commanders of the Kraken Special Unit.
