Unmanned Systems
The 424th Unmanned Systems Battalion “SVAROG” is a military unit of the Unmanned Systems Forces, created in autumn 2024 as part of the Kyiv Defense Forces and Assets Grouping and led by an experienced Air Assault Forces regimental commander with the call sign “Zhuk”.
From 2025 the unit commenced combat operations on the Pokrovske axis of the front, and over over a 12-month period conducted more than 1,000 combat sorties and engaged over 750 targets.
