201st Territorial Defense Battalion was a unit of the Ukrainian Territorial Defense Forces.
It was formed and assigned to the 102nd Territorial Defense Brigade.
In 2025, the battalion became defunct and was reformed as the 6th Linear Battalion of the 102nd Territorial Defense Brigade.
