141st Territorial Defense Battalion was a unit of the Ukrainian Territorial Defense Forces.
It was formed and assigned to the 115th Territorial Defense Brigade.
In 2025, the battalion ceased to exist as a separate entity and was reformed into the 4th Linear Territorial Defence Battalion, then becoming the first linear unmanned systems battalion of the brigade in February 2026.
