107th Territorial Defense Battalion was a unit of the Ukrainian Territorial Defense Forces.
It was formed in Mariupol, Donetsk Oblast, and was assigned to the 109th Territorial Defense Brigade.
In 2025, the battalion became defunct, being reformed into its 4th Linear Battalion.
