Tactical Group Zaporizhzhia was a temporary administrative body tasked with the defense of the area south of Zaporizhzhia. It was formed from officers of Operational Command East.
In 2025, as part of the transition to a corps–brigade structure within the Defense Forces, Tactical Group Zaporizhzhia was disbanded, and the 17th Army Corps was deployed to assume responsibility for the area.
