About Unit

Khorunzha Service is a linear unit of the 3rd Assault Brigade.

The service is responsible for educating military personnel and families around many key aspects of being a soldier and Ukrainian nationalism. It specifically educates those regarding the perspective, life, and other factors of being a soldier within the brigade.

Additionally, it teaches about Ukrainian nationalism, usually values, military traditions, and the history of the brigade and the wider Azov Movement, and is closely linked to views represented by Andriy Biletskyi’s former National Corps political party

It is also responsible for hosting many services for the brigade, including awards ceremonies, history lessons, and funerals for fallen servicemen of the brigade.

Insignia

The insignia conforms to the traditional pointed chevron used by the brigade in black and grey tones. The core of the insignia shows a stylized Idea of the Nation symbol, commonly associated with Ukrainian nationalism, with the central letter being a sword.
