Formed on the basis of 150th Reconnaissance Company and remnants of the previously disbanded 518th Separate Special Purpose Battalion in Autumn 2023. In January 2024 deputy commander of the battalion Major Andriy “Tuman” Malakhov was charged by the Kharkiv City Court for violating operational security.
