27th Rifle Battalion was a unit of the Ukrainian Ground Forces.
The battalion was formed in March 2022 in response to the Russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine. After the creation of the 67th Mechanized Brigade in November 2022, based on fighters from the Right Sector – Ukrainian Volunteer Corps, the battalion was assigned to the brigade sometime after its formation.
Around mid to late 2024, the battalion was likely disbanded, given their inactivity across the public eye. Their personnel would have most likely been transferred to prop up other formations within the brigade, including the 1st Mechanized Battalion, a linear unit of the brigade.
