The 20th Motorized Battalion was a separate unit of the Ukranian Ground Forces.
The unit was formed in May 2014 as 20th Battalion of Territorial Defense with residents from Dnipro Oblast, that the following November was reorganized into the motorized battalion under the command of the 93rd Mechanized Brigade.
In 2018, the battalion was reformed into the linear motorized battalion of the brigade and the unit ceased to exist as a separate entity.
