143rd Mechanized Brigade is a unit of the Ukrainian Ground Forces.
It was formed in early 2023 in anticipation of the Ukrainian summer counteroffensive of 2023. It was initially formed under the name of the 143rd Reserve Rifle Brigade, with two other brigades also being formed alongside it.
In late 2023, the brigade was reformed and redesignated as the 143rd Infantry Brigade, being pushed into a full-on combat unit. In December 2024, the unit would then undergo another reformation, being reformed as a full-on mechanized brigade.
In 2025, the brigade was assigned to the 15th Army Corps of the Ukrainian Ground Forces.
