The brigade’s sleeve insignia features a bow with an arrow—a symbol of the constant readiness of anti-aircraft forces to strike enemy targets. The drawn bow is also part of Kharkiv’s coat of arms, symbolizing its importance as a military stronghold. The red triangle in the upper left corner represents the color of the Air Force.
