National Guard’s unit from the city of Slovyansk has been reformed to a brigade.
The expansion of Ukrainian National Guard continues. Our site reported back in October about formation and expansion of about a dozen of the National Guard’s units, and this trend continues.
15th Slovyansk Regiment (military number 3035), which the famous Donbas Battalion is part of, has been expanded and reformed as 18th Slovyansk Brigade. The expansion means that at least one guardsmen battalion has been added to the brigade, which reinforce its combat capabilities.
