Artillery Brigade Bolsters 16th Army Corps
The 26th Artillery Brigade has officially entered service with the 16th Army Corps of the Ukrainian Ground Forces, also referred to as the Kharkiv Army Corps. The announcement was made via the corps’ official Facebook page, which featured a music video produced in collaboration with the artillery unit. The video confirmed the brigade’s formal entry into the corps’ structure.
The structure of the corps was reported first by MilitaryLand in June 2025. More recently, we reported that the corps commander has been appointed Col. Yevheniy Kurash. The corps consists of a mix of heavy mechanized, mechanized, motorized, assault, and territorial defense brigades, and an anti-tank battalion.
