164th Territorial Defense Battalion was a unit of the Ukrainian Territorial Defense Forces.
It was formed and assigned to the 119th Territorial Defense Brigade.
In 2025, the battalion became defunct and was reformed as the 3rd Linear Battalion of the 119th Territorial Defense Brigade.
