Special Operations Center East is a special-purpose formation of Ukrainian Special Operations Forces as 3rd Special Purpose Regiment.
In June 2014, soldiers of the regiment defended military storage bases in Bakhmut and also acted SAR element in the east.
In 2019, 3rd Special Purpose Regiment was reformed as Special Operations Center East.
