Recruitment Service is a linear unit of the 1st Azov Corps.
It was initially formed in 2023 as part of the resurrection of the Azov Brigade, following its reformation from the Azov Regiment, into a fully fledged brigade as part of the Offensive Guard program. It was to recruit soldiers from civilian life and other units into the brigade.
In March 2026, the project was scaled up to the corps level, now responsible for the recruitment of personnel into all units as part of the 1st Azov Corps of the Ukrainian National Guard.
