9th Motorized Battalion is a battalion of the Ground Forces of Ukraine under the command of 59th Motorized Brigade. The unit was created in 2014 as 9th Battalion of Territorial Defense Vinnytsia. In October 2014, the battalion was reformed into a mechanized battalion and assigned to 30th Mechanized Brigade, and later to 59th Motorized Brigade.

On March 9, 2022, the commander Serhii Kotenko was killed in a battle near Zaporizhzhia. He led the unit since 2015.
