The 68th Jaeger Brigade, a unit of the Ukrainian Ground Forces, was established on March 6, 2022, composed of thousands of volunteers who were among the first to enlist following Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. By March 23, the brigade’s soldiers were already engaging the enemy near the approaches to Vuhledar.
