45th Artillery Brigade is an artillery brigade of Ukrainian Ground Forces, formed in 2016 as part of Reserve Corps. The brigade was subsequently demobilized and only the skeletal crew remained.

On February 26, 2022, the brigade was reactivated and fully staffed by February 28, 2022. The majority of the personnel are mobilized people recruited during the first days of Russian full-scale invasion.
