25th Motorized Battalion was a separate unit of the Ground Forces of Ukraine. The battalion was formed in June 2014 as 25th Battalion of Territorial Defense from the residents of Kyiv Oblast. In November 2014, the unit was reformatted into a motorized battalion under the command of 54th Mechanized Brigade.
In 2018, the battalion was reformed into a linear motorized battalion of 54th Mechanized Brigade and the unit ceased to exist as a separate entity.
