16th Motorized Battalion was a motorized unit of Ukrainian Ground Forces. The battalion was formed in April 2014 as 16th Battalion of Territorial Defense Poltava.
In November 2014, the unit was reformed as 16th Motorized Battalion and assigned under the command of 58th Motorized Brigade.
In 2025, the battalion became the 3rd Motorized Battalion of the 58th Motorized Brigade.
