14th Motorized Battalion was a separate unit of the Ground Forces of Ukraine. The battalion was formed in May 2014 as 14th Battalion of Territorial Defense Cherkasy from the residents of Cherkasy Oblast. In November 2014, the unit was reformatted into a motorized battalion under the command of 72nd Mechanized Brigade.
In 2017, guards battalion of 26th Artillery Brigade was formed on its basis and the unit ceased to exist as a separate entity.
