Air Assault units received honorary titles

On the day of Air Assault Troops, the president Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented battle flags and awarded brigades with honorary titles.

The honorary award of the President of Ukraine “For courage and bravery” was awarded to 122nd Separate Airmobile Battalion of 81st Airmobile Brigade. The Ukrainian president presented battle flags to 82nd Air Assault Brigade, 148th Artillery Brigade and 135th Management Battalion.

Four Ukrainian Air Assault brigades also received honorary titles.

79th Air Assault Brigade received honorary title “Tavrian”.

80th Air Assault Brigade received honorary title “Galician”.

81st Airmobile Brigade received honorary title “Slobozhanska”.

95th Air Assault Brigade received honorary title “Polesian”.
