ColonelHe served in the 81st Air Assault Brigade as commander of the 90th Airmobile Battalion during the Joint Forces Operation, including deployments in the Kherson region along the administrative border with occupied Crimea in 2021. He is a combat veteran of the War in Donbas, having taken part in the defense of Donetsk Airport, the Avdiivka industrial zone, and the Svitlodarsk Bulge, where he was wounded.
After the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion in 2022, he continued commanding his battalion in frontline operations in Donetsk Oblast. He led defensive operations during the fighting for Izium in March 2022 before the unit withdrew from the city. In December 2024, he was appointed commander of the 95th Air Assault Brigade.
