Ukrainian 4th Tank Brigade received new insignia
Quite popular sleeve insignia with rhino has been replaced by a lion. Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, respectively the Central Department of Development, has decided to change sleeve insignia of Ukrainian 4th Tank Brigade. The new insignia shows a fire-breathing lion head with four brown tongues of flame, symbolizing the specifics of Ukrainian 4th Tank Brigade….

Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, respectively the Central Department of Development, has decided to change sleeve insignia of Ukrainian 4th Tank Brigade.
The new insignia shows a fire-breathing lion head with four brown tongues of flame, symbolizing the specifics of Ukrainian 4th Tank Brigade.
The previous emblem with rhino was introduced in 2022 and became quite popular among soldiers. However, rhino was developed at own initiative by the command of 4th Tank Brigade and never officially approved.
Brigade’s motto Furor Arma Ministrat (Rage controls our weapons), which has been in use since 2022, has been approved.

Nope, never heard of them, and none of my sources ever mentioned 39th Brigade.
