Ukraine about to buy Turkish drones

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko agreed with his Turkish counterpart, Recep Tayyip, that Ukraine will buy strike drones from Turkey. Ukrainian state-owned Ukrspetsexport and the Turkish company Baykar Makina signed a deal to purchase Turkish-made Bayraktar TB2 strike drones. Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko agreed with his Turkish counterpart, Recep Tayyip, that Ukraine will buy strike drones from Turkey.

Ukrainian state-owned Ukrspetsexport and the Turkish company Baykar Makina signed a deal to purchase Turkish-made Bayraktar TB2 strike drones. According to Petro Poroshenko, the deal is part of measures to expand military cooperation between the two countries.

The Bayraktar unmanned aerial vehicle is a Medium Altitude Long Endurance class system developed for tactical reconnaissance and surveillance missions.
