The enemy hit a training ground in Poltava Oblast

On June 4, the enemy launched a missile attack targeting a training facility in the Poltava region.
According to the General Staff, thanks to prompt and well-planned safety protocols—designed specifically to protect service members amid the ongoing threat of missile and air strikes in rear areas—the worst was averted. Preventive measures, including dispersal of personnel, use of protective shelters, and strict adherence to safety procedures during air raid alerts, were effectively implemented. As a result, the lives of the military personnel present at the training ground during the attack were preserved.
A special commission has been established to investigate the circumstances of the incident and assess the damage. The results of the investigation will be made public upon its conclusion.
On June 1, the enemy carried out a missile strike on a training ground in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, leading to the loss of at least 12 servicemen. Following the incident, Commander of the Ground Forces, Mykhailo Drapatyi, tendered his resignation.
