- Loychuk Ihor (14th Mechanized Brigade) a officer. He died due to cardiac arrest while serving in Popasna, Luhansk Region.
November 14, 2019
- Khomik Yuriy (14th Mechanized Brigade) a soldier. He died during an artillery attack on Ukrainian positions near Popasna, Luhansk Region.
November 16, 2019
- Sokolov Artem (14th Mechanized Brigade) a sergeant. He was killed by enemy sniper at the Ukrainian outpost near Popasna, Luhansk Region.

Military
Russian hands over the captured ships
After several days of preparations, Russian and Ukrainian ships met southern of Crimea on November 18, 2019. Russia handled over the Ukrainian ships that captured last year at Kerch Strait. The ships are now being transported to Odesa and should arrive on Wednesday.
