National Guard’s unit 3051 expands to a regiment
The expansion of Ukrainian National Guard is ongoing and grows to a significant force.

11th Battalion of the National Guard (military unit 3051) has been expanded to a regiment. The expansion also means a new number, as it is usual with Ukrainian National Guard. The unit received number 35, and is now known as 35th Regiment of Ukrainian National Guard.
The information about a planned expansion of the military unit 3051 first appeared in 2015, but the needed funds were not approved at that time.
The regiment received Roshel Senator MRAPs and BTR-4 armored personnel carriers.
