20:15 – The Ukrainian vessel is no longer moving towards the Kerch strait, it turned around but still does not respond – Russian FSB

20:05 – According to website http://RBC.ua, Ukrainian Border Guards have no information about the incident involving Ukrainian vessel.

19:52 – The crews of civilian ships awaiting passage through the Kerch Strait received a notification of its closure without explanation.
